Normalmente recibirás tu compra en unas 2 semanas.
Todas las pinturas se empaquetan cuidadosamente en un tubo de plástico resistente y se envían con DHL, FedEx y envío GRATIS a cualquier parte del mundo.
Se le enviará un número de seguimiento mediante notificación de envío de la tienda.

¿Firmas tu arte?
La firma estará en la parte posterior del lienzo por DEFAULT, por lo que puede colgarlo en la orientación que desee. Si quieres que firme en el frente, por favor dime en qué posición te gustaría colgarlo.
¿Cómo verifico el estado de mi pedido?
Hay 3 botones en la parte superior derecha de todas las páginas como este:

¿Puedo cancelar mi pedido?
Para cancelar un pedido que aún no se ha enviado, contáctenos en Hello@czartdesign.com con su número de transacción, cancelaremos su pedido y emitiremos un reembolso completo en 24 horas.
¿Qué pasa con los impuestos y aranceles?
Es posible que deba pagar aranceles por el despacho de aduana cuando el paquete llegue a su país, la tasa podría ser del 10% al 20%.
¿Recibiré lo que veo en el sitio?
La mayor parte del arte en el sitio se vendió, su pintura se creará con el mismo estilo y colores, recibirá la misma calidad y belleza de la pintura que ve en las imágenes. La calidad es lo último de lo que debe preocuparse.

Acerca de enmarcar y estirar/envolver galería.
Para proteger bien la pintura durante el envío internacional, todas las pinturas se ENROLLAN (sin marco/no estiradas) y se envían en un tubo de PVC de calidad para evitar daños, es 100% seguro y la pintura vuelve a su estado original/plano una vez que la estira sobre un soporte de madera. base. Puede decidir enmarcarlo o simplemente estirarlo o envolverlo en una galería en su tienda de marcos local, depende de su gusto, es hermoso en ambos sentidos.
La pintura viene con un borde blanco EXTRA de 2-5 pulgadas alrededor para estirarla o enmarcarla.
Perdidas y Daños.
Empacamos todos los cuadros en resistentes tubos de PVC, muy seguros. Sin embargo, a veces puede llegar dañado; siga los pasos a continuación:
- Tome fotografías del paquete roto y de los daños en la pintura. Las fotos del paquete deben incluir la carta de porte. Déjeme tratar con empresas de mensajería.
- Me encargaré de entregar una pintura nueva de inmediato o emitiré un reembolso completo si prefiere no recibir un reemplazo.
- Conserve la pintura dañada y el paquete hasta que se solucione el problema.

FAQ
Packing, shipping and delivery.
Normally, you will receive your purchase in about 7 business days. All paintings are carefully packed in a strong plastic tube and shipped with DHL or FedEx.
Shipping is free to anywhere in the world. A tracking number will be sent to you via the shop's shipping notification.
Do you sign your art?
The signature will be on the back of the canvas by default, so you can hang it in any orientation you want. If you want me to sign it on the front, please let me know which position you would like to hang it in.
How do I check the status of my order?
There are three buttons at the top right of all the pages. Please click the middle button and log in with the email you used to submit your order.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us atHello@czartdesign.comwith your transaction number. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
What about taxes and duties?
You might be required to pay duties for customs clearance when the package arrives in your country. The rate could be 0%-10%.
Will I get what I see on the site?
Most of the art on the site has been sold. Your painting will be created in the same style and colors. You will receive the same quality and beauty as shown in the pictures. Quality is the last thing you need to worry about.
If for any reason you don't like the art you received, you can always get a full refund.
Lost and Damaged
We pack all paintings in strong PVC tubes, ensuring they are very safe. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Take photos of the broken package and the damages on the painting. The package photos must include the waybill. I will handle the issue with the courier companies.
- I will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately or issue a full refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
- Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is resolved.
Returns & Exchanges.

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or get a replacement as easily as you purchased it.
Here are the steps:
- Email us for our shipping address.
- Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be returned in their original condition. To protect the artwork, please pack and ship it back in its original packaging (the plastic tube).
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the customs duties when the item is imported to our country.
- We will issue a full refund once the returned painting is received. If you prefer to exchange it for another piece, we will ship the replacement within a few days after the returned item is delivered.
Payment Methods.
PayPal is the only payment method available at the moment if you purchase on the site. Please always choose the 'Checkout with PayPal' option when proceeding.
